An investigation commissioned by the Catholic Church has cleared a senior priest at the centre of abuse claims.

Anglican archbishop John Helpworth alleged he was raped over 40 years ago by Monsignor Ian Dempsey.

The priest was controversially named in federal parliament by independent senator Nick Xenopohon.

Is the Catholic Church a law unto themselves. The Man should be investigated by the Police like all the other citizens of this country. Catholic law, soon we will have sharia law as well.
