Another Measles Case In SA

There's a renewed measles alert from SA health authorities after another confirmed case in Adelaide.

A 44 year old woman has contracted measles from a stranger in a rare transmission.

SA Health says the 23 year old man picked up the virus while travelling overseas last month.

Measles cases are rare in South Australia since a vaccine was introduced in 1966.
