Adelaide Council Can't Stop Freedom Of Speech

There's been a mixed reaction to a legal victory by street preachers in Rundle Mall.

The Adelaide City Council had tried to ban them but the Full Court of the Supreme Court has ruled the council has no power to gag the preachers, or prevent them speaking their mind.

And the Court says any attempt to censor political and religious speech is unconstitutional.
