Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd talks to Leon Byner on a range of topics. Mr Rudd covered the suggestion of banning political campaigns from shopping centres, interest rate issues and the possiblility of a tax incentive for banks and the Prime minister put forward the federal governments position on importing meat from countries where mad cow disease has been present.
